Maximum occupancy varies by room type. Rollaways are not available. If the number of guests exceeds the room capacity, The Delaware Hotel
reserves the right to change the type of room reserved, correct the associated rate, or cancel the reservation and help relocate guests to alternate
properties.
All rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, accessible by stairs.
All rooms have ¾-baths, except for suites which offer full baths.
Reserved hotel parking is ½-block from the inn.
Because of the nature of our facility, we have limited storage for bicycles or sports equipment and cannot permit such items in guest rooms.
Historic artifacts, collectibles and period furniture are on display and available for purchase throughout the hotel. Most items are one-of-a-kind. Many
are museum quality. Please be mindful to avoid charges for damage, repairs or extraordinary cleaning that would be presented after check-out.

Deposit: A deposit of $50 confirms your reservation. Deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit. Reservations not deposited by the due date will cancel without notice. High Summer Season (August) Deposit:
A deposit of $50 is required when you book your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card
presented for the initial deposit.

Children: 10 & under stay free with adult
